At LOS's Oilfield Services, every decision starts with safety. Our crews go home the same way they arrived — and we never compromise on that.
LOS's Oilfield Services LLC is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for every employee, subcontractor, and client we work with. Safety is not a box to check — it is the foundation of how we operate. The management team leads by example, staying proactive about safety with open communication at every level. We believe that trust and respect between crews and leadership are what create truly safe job sites. Our people are our most valuable asset, and we take our obligation to their wellbeing seriously on every single job.
Safety isn't a policy posted on a wall — it's how our crews think and work. From pre-job planning to final site walkdown, safe execution is built into everything we do. Every crew member has the authority — and the responsibility — to stop work if something isn't right.
Our crews are trained and certified before they set foot on a job site. We maintain current certifications including SafeLand USA, H2S awareness, and site-specific safety orientations required by our clients. Ongoing training keeps our people sharp and compliant.
Every job begins with a thorough pre-job safety meeting. We review the scope of work, identify hazards, confirm PPE requirements, and assign responsibilities before work begins. There are no shortcuts in our pre-job process.
All personnel on LOS's Oilfield Services job sites are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times. Hard hats, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vests, and gloves are the baseline — additional PPE is required based on job hazards.
We maintain an open line of communication at all levels. Workers are encouraged to report hazards, near misses, and concerns without fear of retaliation. This culture of honest communication is what separates safe companies from unsafe ones.
In the event of an incident, we have clear response protocols in place. We investigate all incidents and near misses to find root causes and implement corrective actions — because every incident is an opportunity to improve and prevent future harm.
We recognize that a safe workplace is built one decision at a time — by every person on the crew, every day. At LOS's Oilfield Services, we hold ourselves and each other accountable because we believe our people are worth it.
